Local repair

I am trying to find a local repair person or someone to help. I have an area 51/maximum force arcade. I need the monitor repaired or help doing it. It works fine other than it having a red glow and red lines in it. It is still playable but the red lines do start to bug after awhile. Just someone local to santa clara would be helpful.
Thank You
Dan

You might just need to turn down the "screen" or "brightness". Maybe adjust the red down. If you want help, I can come by, let me know!
